Return Eligibility

  • ⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no additional cost.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used wellness or skincare devices

  • Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or misuse

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., serums, gels, supplements)


🔄 Exchanges

To exchange your item for another model or color, simply return the original product and place a new order once your refund is processed.


🇪🇺 EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
During this time, you may return any unused item for a full refund, no explanation required.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


💰 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned product, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
